吴茱萸中一个新柠檬苦素化合物的分离鉴定

A New Limonoid from the Fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa

  • 摘要: 针对植物吴茱萸未成熟果实中柠檬苦素类化合物和喹啉类生物碱进行了系统的化学研究,从中分离并鉴定了11个柠檬苦素化合物包括一个新化合物6α-乙酰氧基-12α-羟基吴茱萸内酯醇 1 ,以及三个已知甲基丁基喹啉类生物碱。新化合物 1 的结构通过对各种光谱方法获得数据的详尽分析得到确定。甲基丁基喹啉类生物碱为吴茱萸中首次报道。

     

    Abstract: A phytochemical investigation of limonoids and quinoline alkaloids from Evodia rutaecarpa (E.rutaecarpa) was carried out systematically. A total of 11 limonoids including a new compound 6α-acetoxyl-12α-hydroxyevodol 1 , together with three known methylbutyl quinoline alkaloids, were isolated from the unripe fruits of the title plant. The structure of 1 was determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis. Methylbutyl quinoline alkaloids were reported from E. rutaecarpa for the first time.
