Optical Color Modulation and Performance of Full Spectral LED Devices

  • 摘要: 使用SOB480、GAP530、NRL650三种荧光粉作为研究对象,通过不同质量配比的荧光粉进行封装的方法,调制出符合市场需求的全光谱白光LED。通过对3014 LED器件的光效、色温、色坐标、显色指数和发光光谱强度进行研究,最终发现通过色度坐标所选择的荧光粉配比在CIE色度图上对应的色度坐标均可以落在黑体辐射线上,全光谱白光LED器件的显色指数更高,其值均大于90,且发光光谱曲线更加连续。

     

    Abstract: Three kinds of phosphors, SOB480, GAP530 and NRL650, were used as the research objects, the full spectrum white LED was prepared by encapsulating phosphors with different mass ratios to meet the market demand. The light efficiency, color temperature, color coordinates, color rendering index and spectral intensity of 3014 LED devices were studied. Finally, it was found that the corresponding chromaticity coordinates of the phosphor ratio selected by the chromaticity coordinates on the CIE chromaticity diagram could fall on the blackbody radiation line and the color rendering index of the full spectrum white LED device was higher, its values were greater than 90, and the luminescence spectrum curve was more continuous.
