钙钛矿核壳纳米材料制备及应用进展

Progress in preparation and application of core-shell perovskite nanomaterials

  • 摘要: 钙钛矿纳米材料具有优异的光物理特性和独特的电子结构,因此具有发射光谱可调、高色纯度、高吸收性、高载流子迁移率等特性,在光电器件、光伏和光催化领域有着巨大的前景。传统II-VI族量子点同样具有形状、尺寸、带隙和光学性质可调等优点。将传统量子点(例如II-VI族和III-V族量子点)和钙钛矿材料结合形成的钙钛矿核壳纳米材料在稳定性和光电性能方面均有显著提升。综述了此种新型钙钛矿核壳纳米材料的不同合成方法,并讨论了其光电性质以及界面处的载流子动力学问题,以期为钙钛矿核壳纳米材料的合成和应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The excellent photophysical properties and unique electronic structure of perovskite nanomaterials, lead to adjustable photoluminescence spectrum, high color purity, high absorption, and high carrier mobility. Therefore, they have attracted huge attention in the fields of optoelectronic devices, photovoltaics, and photocatalysis. Typical quantum dots also have the advantages of adjustable shape, size, band gap, and optical properties. The combination of typical (such as group II-VI and III-V) quantum dots and perovskite nanomaterials to form a novel core-shell perovskite nanomaterials have significantly improved their stability and photoelectric performance. This paper reviews different preparation methods for this novel core-shell perovskite quantum dot nanomaterials, as their photoelectric properties, and carrier dynamics at the interface. This provides guidance for improving the properties of core-shell perovskite nanomaterials and optimizing their preparation methods and application.
