Structure, preparation and application of luminescent carbon dots

  • 摘要: 碳点(CDs)是目前比较受关注的一类新型碳纳米材料,其性能优异且发光可调,应用范围广。介绍了CDs的分类和其不同类型的结构,归纳总结了几种主要的CDs制备方法和优缺点。重点探索了CDs在防伪、传感和发光二极管(LED)领域的应用研究进展,并进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Carbon dots (CDs) are a novel type of carbon nanomaterials that have attracted numerous attention. CDs possess excellent properties, adjustable luminescence and wide-ranging applications. The classification and different types of structures of CDs were introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of several main preparation methods of CDs were summarized. The research progress of the application of CDs in the fields of anti-counterfeiting, sensing and light-emitting diodes (LED) was mainly explored and prospected.
