K肥对绣球扦插苗生长影响研究

Effect of K Fertilizer on the Cutting Seedling Growth of Hydrangea macrophylla Seringe

  • 摘要: 以绣球为材料,采用根施法,研究K肥对绣球根生长及地上部分生物量积累的影响。研究结果表明,K肥处理对长、短两种长度插穗培育的扦插苗在生根率、根长方面不存在显著影响。K肥对短枝插穗培育的扦插苗生根数量存在显著影响。同对照组相比,经过用量为0.125、0.25及0.3125 g/kg的K肥处理后,生根数量分别显著下降81.46%、72.35%及68.10%。研究同时表明,长枝条插穗培育的扦插苗重量显著高于短枝插穗培育的扦插苗重量。研究结论对于在绣球扦插方面有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Taking Hydrangea macrophylla Seringe as the test material, the effect of K fertilizer on the cutting seedling growth was studied by the root application method. The results showed that it did not exist significantly difference in the root rate and the length of root between the short branch and the lon branch treated by K fertilizer. However, it existed significantly difference in the number of the root of the cutting seedling cultivated by the short branch after the treatment of K fertilizer. Compared to control (CK), the number of root of the cutting seedling treated by 0.125, 0.25 and 0.3125 g/kg decreased significantly 81.46%, 72.35% and 68.10%, respectively. The study also showed that the weight of the cutting cultivated by the long branch was significantly higher than the cutting seedling cultivated by the short branch. The results from this study would be helpful to the reproduction of Hydrangea macrophylla Seringe.
