稀土钕对低温镀铁层性能的影响

Effect of Rare Earth Neodymium on the Performances of Low Temperature Iron Plating

  • 摘要: 为了提高低温镀铁的综合性能,向氯化亚铁镀铁液中加入稀土化合物NdCl3,探究不同含量的钕掺杂对镀铁工艺沉积速率、阴极电流效率、镀层显微硬度、结合强度和表面微观形貌等的影响。结果表明,氯化亚铁低温镀液中加入稀土钕,提高了铁的沉积速率和阴极电流效率,增加了镀液的抗氧化能力和镀液稳定性。一定量Nd3+的加入可平整镀层、细化晶粒、提高镀层的显微硬度和耐蚀性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive properties of low-temperature iron plating, NdCl3 was added to the ferrous chloride plating solution to study the effects of different content of neodymium bath on deposition rate, cathode current efficiency, themicro-hardness, surface morphology and the adhesion of iron plating. The results show that the addition of rare earth neodymium to the low temperature ferrous chloride plating solution improves the iron deposition rate and cathode current efficiency. The oxidation resistance and stability of the plating solution are also increased. A certain amount of Nd3+ can smooth the coating, refine the grain size, and improve the micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating.
