组分含量对CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化CO氧化性能的影响

Influence of Component Content for CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 Performance in Carbon Monoxide Oxidation

  • 摘要: 采用共沉淀法制备CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂, 考察CuO质量分数及ZnO:ZrO2质量比对CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂结构及物化性能的影响.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面及孔径分析(BET)、氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方法表征CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂.结果表明:当CuO质量分数为70%, ZnO:ZrO2质量比为1:1时, CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂具有较大的比表面积和孔容积, 较好的分散度, 较小的晶粒尺寸, 以及较好的氧化还原性能, 在催化CO氧化反应中表现出较优的活性, 在常压、373K反应温度下, CO转化率达到75%, 并且连续反应22h, 稳定性能良好.

     

    Abstract: CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by XRD, BET, H2-TPR and XPS techniques. The influence of component content including CuO mass fraction and the mass ratio of ZnO and ZrO2 was investigated. The results of characterization revealed that when CuO mass fraction was 70% and mass ratio of ZnO and ZrO2 was 1:1, CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 catalyst showed a larger surface area and pore volume, a higher dispersion of CuO particles with a smaller partical size and better reduction property, thus it exhibited the high catalytic performance in the carbon monoxide oxidation, and under the conditions of 373 K and atmospheric pressure, the CO conversion could reach 75% with good stability of 22 h.
