装配式冷弯薄壁型轻钢建筑材料发展动态

Research Progress of Fabricated Light-Gauge Steel Residential Material

  • 摘要: 近年来,中央和地方政府密集出台多项政策,推动装配式建筑发展。装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢建筑作为绿色装配式建筑的代表,更受到国内外的青睐。重点介绍了此种新型建筑体系的特点、对材料的性能要求,并通过典型案例进行浅析。并就这种建筑住宅体系在国内发展存在的问题和发展前景进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: Nowadays, many policies have been promulgated by the central and local governments, which promotes the development of fabricated building. Fabricated cold-formed thin-walled steel buildings, as a representative of green prefabricated constructions, have been attracted more and more attention at home and abroad. Herein, the features of the new building systems and the performance requirements of materials were introduced by the analysis of some typical cases. The existing problems and development prospects of housing systems in China were analyzed.
