掺镱氧化镥晶体的生长及其结构研究

Growth and Structure Investigation of Yb3+ Doped Lu2O3 Crystal

  • 摘要: 使用光浮区法成功生长出了高质量的Yb原子百分含量为5%的Yb:Lu2O3晶体,对晶体生长的各项工艺参数进行了探索和优化。通过X射线粉末衍射测定了其单晶结构为立方结构,Ia空间群,进行了结构解析。利用X射线荧光光谱测定了它的化学成分,计算了Yb3+离子和Lu3+离子的有效分凝系数,分别为0.93和1.00。

     

    Abstract: High quality 5% Yb3+ doped Lu2O3 crystal was successfully grown by optical floating zone method. The growth parameters for the Yb:Lu2O3 single crystal by the optical floating method were explored and optimized. Its crystal structure was determined to be cubic structure, Ia space group by X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) and the structure was analyzed. Chemical composition was determined by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and the segregation coefficients of Yb3+ ion and Lu3+ ion was calculated to be 0.93 and 1.00, respectively.
