基于载荷状态监测的起重机制动下滑量检测仪的研究与设计

Research and Design of Crane Brake Slide Distance Detector Based on Load Condition Monitoring

  • 摘要: 针对当前起重机制动下滑量难以捕捉和测量的问题,研究了通过实时测量额定载荷下降时的加速度,理论推导出额定载荷下滑量的测量方法。并根据该方法设计出下滑量检测仪。实验表明,该检测仪具有安装方便、人机交互界面友好、测量精度高以及抗干扰能力强等特点。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the crane brake slide distance is difficult to capture and measure, the measurement method of the rated load slide distance by theoretical derivation measuring its acceleration in real time when falling was investigated. On the basis of this method, a slide distance detector was designed. The experimental results showed that the detector had the characteristics of convenient installation, friendly human-machine interface, high measurement accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.
