富水砂层地铁区间隧道盾构掘进参数分析

Analysis of Driving Parameters of Shield Tunnel on Metro Section in Water-Bearing Sand Layer

  • 摘要: 依托哈尔滨轨道交通2号线一期工程耿家站至龙川路站区间的施工情况,对富水砂层盾构隧道开挖过程中的相关掘进参数进行分析。结果表明,盾构机主推力控制范围为10~18 MN,刀盘转速约为1.3 r/min,刀盘扭矩为2~4 MN·m。掘进速度保持在40~70 mm/min范围内,此时土压力主要为0.1~0.2 MPa,平均出土量约为43 m3。采用太沙基理论对土压力进行计算,计算值验证了土压力监测结果的准确性。

     

    Abstract: Based on the construction of sectional tunnel from Genjia station to Longchuan Road station in the first phase of Harbin Rail Transit Line 2, relevant driving parameters were analyzed during the excavation of the shield tunnel in water-rich sandy stratum. The results showed that the main thrust of shield machine was controlled between 10-18 MN, the speed of cutter was about 1.3 r/min and the torque of cutter head is between 2-4 MN·m. The driving speed was kept within the range of 40-70 mm/min, while the earth pressure was mainly 0.1-0.2 MPa, and the average excavated volume was about 43 m3. Terzaghi Theory was used to calculate the earth pressure, by which the accuracy of the earth pressure monitoring results was verified accordingly.
