地铁车站新型组合式诱导缝模板支架施工技术

Construction Technology of New Type of Combined Joint Formwork on Metro Station

  • 摘要: 地铁车站的渗漏水问题是一个令人十分困扰的难题,因此混凝土浇筑质量是工程各方都非常关注的施工节点。以上海轨道交通17号线青浦车站为工程背景,拟结合一种新型组合式诱导缝在地下车站混凝土结构防水体系中的应用,设计和加工侧墙专用定型大钢模和支架,使结构楼板和侧墙分开浇筑,研制了适合新型诱导缝设置的模板支架体系——盘扣式钢管支架、侧墙三角钢架与组合式大钢模,并对设计的模板支架体系进行三维有限元模拟计算分析,提出了适合新型组合式诱导缝施工的可行性方案。

     

    Abstract: The leakage water of metro station is a very troublesome problem, so the quality of concrete pouring is the construction node that all sides of the project pay close attention to. By combining a new type of induced joint and taking Qingpu station engineering of Shanghai metro line 17 as the background, this paper intended to design and manufacture one special formwork support as a part of waterproof system, which could make the structure of floor and side wall separately constructed. The formwork bracket system suitable for the new type of induced joint setting-disc-buckled steel pipe bracket and side wall was developed. The triangular steel frame and composite large steel formwork were simulated and analyzed by three-dimensional finite element method, and a feasible scheme suitable for the construction of new composite induced joints was put forward.
