新型家用餐厨垃圾处理设备的研究

The Development of New Type of Garbage Disposal Equipment

  • 摘要: 通过分析和总结国内餐厨垃圾特性及其处理方法,根据机械设计及自动化原理、微生物发酵原理开发一种新型家用餐厨垃圾处理设备。餐厨垃圾处理设备采用破碎、搅拌、固液分离、发酵等餐厨垃圾处理工艺;设备采用单片机作为核心控制单元,控制系统包括温度控制和定时控制。通过样机测试,确定设备内的温度控制在设定范围。此种新型家用餐厨垃圾处理设备在搭配合理菌种数量的情况下,温度在60~70 ℃时,降解率可以达到86%。通过菌种降解处理后,餐厨垃圾最终降解为水、二氧化碳以及有机物,可以减少餐厨垃圾对环境的污染,对降解餐厨垃圾具有实际的参考价值和意义。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of domestic kitchen waste and its treatment methods, according to the mechanical design and automation principle and microbial fermentation experiment, a new type of home dining kitchen waste treatment equipment was developed. The kitchen waste treatment equipment contained crushing, stirring, solid-liquid separation, fermentation and other cooking waste treatment technology; the equipment adopted single chip microcomputer as the core control unit, The control system includeed temperature control and timing control, and through the prototype test, the temperature control in the equipment was determined in the set range, the new home dining kitchen waste treatment equipment in the case of a reasonable number of strains, the equipment degradation rate could reach 86% when the temperature is 60~70 ℃. After the degradation treatment of fungi, the final degradation of cooking waste into water, carbon dioxide and organic matter could reduce the pollution of kitchen waste to the environment, which has practical reference value and significance for the degradation of cooking waste.
