导电杆绝缘层包扎及加工一体化的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Integration of Dressing Processing of the Insulation Layer of the Conducting Rod

  • 摘要: 为解决目前导电杆绝缘层包扎效率低、产品质量不高的问题,设计了一款集导电杆绝缘层包扎工序与加工工序为一体的设备,以绕包放卷、张力调节等关键机构为主体,实现了绝缘层包扎与加工的一体化,极大地简化产品生产工序,该设备的包扎及加工的效率相比手动操作方式提高了5倍,绕包合格率从85%提高到100%。设备结构简单,操作方便,极大的提高了导电杆绝缘层包扎与加工的效率,提高了产品的生产质量。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the current conductive pole insulation bandaging, low efficiency, product quality was not high question, had designed a set of conductive pole insulation bandaging and processing equipment, such as rolling, tension winding and adjust key institutions as the main body, realized the integration of the insulating layer bandage and processing, greatly simplified the product machining process, the equipment of the bandage and the processing efficiency of the improved 5 times compared with the manual way, winding and quality from 85% to 100%. The equipment was simple in structure and easy to operate, which greatly improved the efficiency of wrapping and processing of conductive pole insulation layer, and improved the production quality of products.
