基于轴承座结构的轧制力补偿与修正装置研究

Research on Rolling Pressure Compensation and Correction Device Based on Bearing Seat Structure

  • 摘要: 针对轧钢机轧制压力测试的准确性要求,提出了一种用于补偿轧制压力测试的传感器结构。该新型结构传感器有利于提高一般轧制压力测试传感器测试值的正确性,并进行适当的补偿与修正,避免因由轴承座与机架之间的摩擦力对传感器获取值的影响,改善了传感器的工作性能。建立补偿与修正轧钢机轧制压力测试装置的力学模型,并对该装置在工作时的测试特性进行了受力分析。在研究补偿与修正装置设计的基础上,开展装置的结构设计、理论分析和有限元验证。研究了常规轧制压力测试因忽视轴承座与机架之间的摩擦力对传感器获取值引起误差的因素,并提出了由附加拉杆传感器对传统轧制压力传感器测试值进行补偿与修正加以解决的办法。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the accuracy requirement of rolling pressure measurement of rolling mill, a sensor structure for compensating rolling pressure measurement was proposed. The new structure sensor is helpful to improve the accuracy of the general rolling pressure sensor, and make appropriate amendments and compensation to avoid the influence of friction between the bearing seat and the frame on the value obtained by the sensor, and improve the working performance of the sensor. The mechanical model of the measuring device was established, and the force ansysis of the testing characteristics of the device in operation was carried out. The structural design, theoretical analysis and finite element verification of the device were carried out based on the research of compensation and modification device design. The factors causing errors in conventional rolling pressure measurement due to neglecting the friction between the bearing seat and the stand on the sensor acquisition value were studied. A solution had been proposed to correct and compensate the measured values of the traditional rolling pressure sensor by adding a pull rod sensor.
