基于移动互联网的设备智能维护管理平台研究

Research on Intelligent Management of Equipment Maintenance Based on Mobile Internet

  • 摘要: 移动互联网的兴起推动了设备管理信息获取方式的变革。天然气分输站设备管理的方式为传统的定期维修或者事后维修方式,通过PC或电话通知相关技术人员。为了解决现有维修方式的弊端和信息传输的时效问题,利用移动APP的新技术,开发了基于云端的移动互联网设备管理系统,并改变传统的维修方式为更加科学、合理的视情维修方式,及时全面地将相关设备信息推送给技术人员,避免分输站的事后维修引发的天然气停供等风险。

     

    Abstract: The application of mobile Internet has promoted the information acquisition mode of the equipment management. The equipment management mode of natural gas distribution station is the traditional periodic maintenance or breakdown maintenance mode, and the relevant technical engineers are notified by PC or telephone. In order to solve the shortcomings which exist in maintenance methods and the information transmission, a mobile Internet equipment management system based on cloud computing is developed by using the new technology of mobile APP. The traditional maintenance mode is changed to a more scientific and reasonable maintenance mode, and the relevant equipment information is promptly and comprehensively pushed to the technical engineers, which avoid the risk of natural gas supply breakdown and other risks which is caused by post maintenance.
