功能化离子液体催化Robinson环化一锅反应

Task-specific Ionic Liquid Promoted One-pot Robinson Annelation

  • 摘要: 在1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑氢氧根功能化离子液体催化下,以乙酰乙酸乙酯和3-(4-氯苯基)-1-苯基-2-环己烯酮为原料,通过Robinson环化反应一锅合成6-乙氧羰基-3-苯基-5-(4-氯)苯基-2-环己烯酮。该方法与文献报道的方法相比,具有反应过程简单、产率高、环境友好、催化剂可以回收利用的优点,推测了可能的反应机理。

     

    Abstract: 6-ethoxycarbonyl-3-phenyl-5-(4-chloro)phenyl-2-cyclohexenone could be synthesized through one-pot Robinson annelation from ethyl acetoacetate with 3-(4-chloropheny)-1-phenyl-2-en-1-one in good yield catalyzed by task-specific ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole hydroxyl (emim OH). This process wass simple, high yield, environmentally benign and the catalyst could be recycled. The possible reaction scheme was studied.
