迷迭香的化学成分和药用研究进展

New Progress on Phytochemistry and Pharmacology of Rosmarinus officinalis L.

  • 摘要: 唇形科植物迷迭香具有重要的医疗保健作用,它的植物精油被广泛应用于各种领域。较高的食用和药用价值使它在天然产物中脱颖而出。迷迭香的主要化学成分包括酚酸类化合物、黄酮类化合物以及挥发性物质,在此基础上对其抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化以及减肥、降糖等药理学功能进行总结与评价,为迷迭香潜在价值的进一步探索提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) a plant of the labiaceae plays an important role in medical care. Its essential oil is widely used in various fields. Higher edible and medicinal value makes it stand out in natural products. The main chemical components of Rosemary include phenolic acids, flavonoids and volatile substances. On this basis, the anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, weight loss, hypoglycemic and other pharmacological functions of rosemary were summarized and evaluated, providing scientific basis for further exploration of its potential value.
