Identifying Long Noncoding RNA Biomarkers for Lung Adenocarcinoma

  • 摘要: 越来越多的研究表明,长非编码RNA的异常表达对人类癌症的发生发展起了非常重要的作用。通过差异表达分析、单样本网络方法和生存分析识别出6个长非编码RNA作为与肺腺癌相关的分子标志物。功能富集分析表明6个长非编码RNA可能参与了细胞代谢的相关生物过程。从分子网络水平为肺腺癌生物标志物的识别研究提供了新的角度。

     

    Abstract: More and more study suggested that dysregulated long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) expression played important roles in the development and progression of human cancers. Based on the differential expression analysis, the single-sample network method and the survival analysis, 6 lncRNAs were identified as the molecular biomarkers for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Functional enrichment analysis indicated that 6 lncRNAs might be involved in related biological processes of cell metabolism. A new perspective was provided for identifying the molecular biomarkers of LUAD at the molecular network level.
