热喷涂制备Fe基非晶涂层的磨损行为研究进展

Research Progress Regarding the Wear Performance of Thermal Sprayed Fe-Based Amorphous Coatings

  • 摘要: Fe基非晶合金具有高强度、高硬度、优异的耐磨损性、成本低等优点,但室温本征脆性和有限的玻璃形成能力极大地限制了其作为工程材料的应用前景。利用热喷涂技术制备出的Fe基非晶涂层在保留优异性能的同时,又可以实现其在大尺寸工件的表面防护应用。对Fe基非晶涂层的制备方法,以及非晶涂层的内部组织结构和外部服役环境对Fe基非晶涂层的摩擦磨损行为的影响进行综述。同时,为了优化Fe基非晶涂层的结构和性能,对Fe基非晶涂层的下一步研究趋势进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Fe-based amorphous alloy enjoys the advantages of high strength, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and low cost. However, its application prospect as engineering materials is greatly limited by its intrinsic brittleness at room temperature and limited glass forming ability. The Fe-based amorphous coating prepared by thermal spraying technology can widen the application in the surface protection field of large-size workpieces while retaining excellent properties. In this paper, the thermal spraying techniques of Fe-based amorphous coatings were classified. In addition, the wear performances of Fe-based amorphous coatings were summarized in terms of the internal microstructure and external service environment. Meanwhile, the development trend of Fe-based amorphous coatings was prospected to optimize their structure and properties.
