纳米二氧化硅与皮革间相互作用机理、表征方法的研究进展

Research progress on the nano-silica and leather interactions: mechanisms, characterizations method

  • 摘要: 介绍了纳米二氧化硅与皮革之间存在的相互作用类型,如氢键、范德华力、化学键等,并对当前表征方法进行介绍。阐述了纳米二氧化硅在皮革生产过程中的应用,其可作为鞣制剂、涂饰剂等用于皮革,效果优于传统材料,可改善皮革的性能,提高皮革稳定性等。介绍了功能性皮革的研究现状,并对后续研究进行展望。

     

    Abstract: The types of interactions that exist between nano silica and leather , such as hydrogen bonding, van der Waals forces, chemical bonding, etc., and the current characterization methods were introduced. The application of nano silica in the leather production process is introduced, which can be used in leather as tanning agents, finishing agents, etc., to improve the performance and the stability of leather, its effect is better than traditional materials, as well as the development of functional leather is introduced. The future research on nano silica and leather is prospected.
