铜铝复合轧制结合界面速度场分析

Analysis of Velocity Field in The Interface of Copper/Aluminum Rolled Composite Process

  • 摘要: 为制备性能优异的铜铝复合材料,基于MSC.Marc有限元仿真软件,选取1060纯铝和TP2纯铜进行冷轧复合界面的速度场模拟计算,将研究不同轧制参数条件下铜铝界面速度变化。确定了铜铝复合带在不同厚度配比和不同道次压下率时,其结合界面上的速度场变化与界面复合情况。模拟计算表明,随着铜铝复合带厚度配比的增加,界面复合所需的搓动速度差范围变大;剥离实验分析表明,在铜带与铝带厚度比分别为1∶4、1∶5、1∶6的情况下,对应地在临界道次压下率下界面均实现了良好的复合,而且铜铝复合带界面平均剥离强度大小随着道次压下率的增加而随之增加,其复合效果明显提高。

     

    Abstract: In order to prepare copper-aluminum composites with excellent performance, based on MSC.Marc finite element simulation software, 1060 pure aluminum and TP2 pure copper to simulate the velocity field of cold rolling composite interface was selected, and the velocity change of copper-aluminum interface under different rolling parameters were studied. The change of the velocity field on the bonding interface and the interface recombination of the copper-aluminum composite strips at different thickness ratios and different degree of reduction in pass are determined. The finite element simulation analysis shows that: with the increase of the thickness ratio of the copper-aluminum composite strip, the range of the rolling speed difference required for the interface composite become larger. The analysis of the peeling test showed that: in the three cases when ratio of copper strip thickness to aluminum strip thickness was 1∶4, 1∶5, and 1∶6, the corresponding interface achieve a good composite strip at the threshold degree of reduction in pass.
