不确定技术学习下上海5G基站的采纳与扩散

The Adoption and Diffusion of Shanghai 5G Base Stations Based on Technology Learning with Uncertainty

  • 摘要: 构建了含有不确定技术学习和扩散效应的多区域技术采纳系统优化模型。在此基础上,收集整理了上海5G基站的空间分布数据。并通过计算得出上海4个等级区域5G基站的现有数量和需求数量,从最小化系统的成本和满足上海区域5G需求的角度,提出了上海5G基站采纳系统优化方案。研究结论可为政府相关决策者制定上海5G基站区域布局方案政策时提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The multi-region technology adoption system optimization model with uncertain effects of technology learning and diffusion effects was construct. On this basis, it collected and sorts out the spatial distribution data of 5G base stations in Shanghai, and calculated the existing quantity and demand quantity of 5G base stations for four region levels in Shanghai. From the perspective of minimizing the cost of the system and meeting the 5G demand of Shanghai region, it put forward the optimization plan of Shanghai 5G base station adoption system, which could provide reference for relevant government decision makers when making plans and policies for 5G base station layout in Shanghai.
