异噁唑啉类杀虫剂氟雷拉纳的研究进展

  • 摘要: 氟雷拉纳(Fluralaner)是一种异噁唑啉类新型广谱兽药,作用于γ-氨基丁酸门控氯离子通道,对其有高效的抑制性,能选择性作用于哺乳动物、节肢动物的神经元。对氟雷拉纳的研究过程、合成工艺、制剂等相关研究内容进行综述,阐明其最新研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Fluralaner is a new type of isoxazoline broad-spectrum veterinary drug, which acts on γ-aminobutyric acid-gated chloride ion channel, has high inhibitory effect on it, and can selectively act on lactation Neurons of animals and arthropods. This review summarizes the research process, synthesis process, preparation and other related research contents of Fluralaner, and clarifies its latest research progress.
