二维钙钛矿发光材料的制备及研究进展

Progress in Preparation and Research of 2D Perovskite Luminescence Materials

  • 摘要: 二维钙钛矿材料由于其独特的结构和优越的光电性质,基于二维或准二维钙钛矿的发光二极管器件具有高亮度发光、宽谱颜色可调以及卓越的色纯度等优于三维钙钛矿器件性能的特点,成为开发高性能发光器件的极具吸引力的电致发光材料。简要介绍了二维钙钛矿材料结构、性能以及二维钙钛矿发光材料制备方法,并指出该材料目前存在的主要问题和发展前景,以期为提高二维层状钙钛矿材料性能和优化制备方法提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Two-dimensional perovskite materials have unique structure and excellent photoelectric properties. Light-emitting diode (LED) based on two-dimensional or quasi-two-dimensional perovskite have the characteristics of high-brightness luminescence, wide-spectrum color adjustable and excellent color purity. And 2D perovskite devices are superior to the performance of 3D perovskite devices. 2D perovskite become the development of high-performance light-emitting device of attractive electroluminescent materials. In this paper, the structure and properties of 2D perovskite and the preparation methods of 2D perovskite luminescent materials are briefly introduced. And the main problems and development prospects of the materials are pointed out. This provide reference for improving the properties of two-dimensional layered perovskite materials and optimizing the preparation methods.
