Research on Abnormal Low-Frequency Lateral Shaking of Railway Car Body

  • 摘要: 某些地铁车辆在运行过程中会发生横向低频异常晃动。为探究其原因,对车辆系统各振动模态进行分析。根据欧氏贴进度的定义,追踪各模态随速度变化的规律,并将相似的振动模态进行自动识别和追踪。车辆系统的2种模态在某速度下,当其欧氏贴进度为1时,可能发生共振现象从而造成晃车现象。借助耦合度概念来判断发生车辆系统共振的强弱,耦合度大时,共振现象明显。优化车辆相关参数,降低耦合度,从而消除车辆发生低频异常晃动的现象。

     

    Abstract: Some subway vehicles will generate abnormal low-frequency shaking during operation. In order to explore the reasons, we will track and analyze each vibration mode of the vehicle system. According to the definition of European pasting schedule, we will track the rules of the speed's change of each mode, automatically recognize and track similar vibration models in the process of tracking. When two similar mode shapes vibrate together, resonance will occur, resulting in vehicle shaking phenomenon. Coupling degree is put forward to judge the strength of resonance. When the coupling degree is large, the resonance phenomenon is obvious. On the other hand, in order to reduce the coupling degree, the vehicle modal resonance can be reduced by optimizing the relevant parameters of the vehicle, so as to achieve the phenomenon of low frequency abnormal rocking of the vehicle.
