Structural Design of The New Exhibition Greenhouses in The North Area of Shanghai Botanical Garden

  • 摘要: 对上海植物园北区新建展览温室(冷温室和蝴蝶温室)的结构设计进行了介绍,包括设计参数和荷载取值、基础和柱脚设计以及上部钢结构设计。运用计算流体动力学数值模拟得到结构表面风荷载体型系数,并与规范值共同作为风荷载标准值的设计依据。提供了单层空间网格结构中的杆件计算长度、刚接节点构造、结构弹性性能、结构稳定极限承载力和钢结构防火关键问题的设计方法。分析结果表明,结构各项性能均能满足相关规范的设计规定,可为类似工程设计时提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The structural design of the new exhibition greenhouse (cold greenhouse and butterfly greenhouse) in the north area of Shanghai Botanical Garden was introduced, including design parameters and load value, foundation and column footing design and upper steel structure design. The shape coefficients of wind load on the structure surface were obtained by computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation, which were used as the design basis of the characteristic values of wind load together with the code values. The design methods of key problems in single-layer space latticed structure were provided, such as member effective length, rigid joint structure, structural elastic performance, structural stability ultimate bearing capacity and steel structure fire safety. The analysis results showed that each performance of the structure can meet the design provisions of relevant codes, which could provide reference for similar engineering design.
