钙钛矿量子点B位掺杂研究进展

Progress of B-Site Doping in Perovskite Quantum Dots

  • 摘要: 钙钛矿量子点(PQDs)因其在众多领域的优异光学和电学性质,如窄带、波长可调及量子效率较高,引起了广泛关注。这些特质在光学领域被广泛利用。近年来,为提高钙钛矿量子点的稳定性,对其结构进行了改进,其中一种有效的方法就是对量子点进行掺杂。介绍了量子点掺杂的研究进展,并对其机理进行简单探究。

     

    Abstract: Perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) have attracted a lot attention due to their excellent optical and electrical properties in many fields, such as narrow band, tunable wavelength, and high quantum efficiency. These properties have been widely used in optical field. In recent years, in order to improve the stability of perovskite quantum dots, the structure has been improved and explored. One of the effective methods is to dope ions to the quantum dots. This article introduces the research progress of quantum dot doping and briefly explores its mechanism.
