新型混凝土预应力管桩养护工艺节能性分析

Energy saving analysis of the curing process for new prestressed concrete pipe piles

  • 摘要: 混凝土预应力管桩生产过程中养护是其必不可少的工艺,国内外大多采用蒸汽养护,养护过程中能量散失严重,导致能源利用率不高。为提高混凝土生产过程中养护工艺的能源利用率,提出新型水循环高强度混凝土预应力管桩养护工艺,利用ANSYS热分析方法计算新型养护工艺能耗并试验验证,然后把新型养护工艺能耗计算结果与企业现用蒸汽养护工艺能耗做对比,确定新型养护工艺节能效果。

     

    Abstract: Curing process is indispensable in the production of prestressed concrete pipe piles, with steam curing being the most commonly used at home and abroad. However, this process often results in significant energy loss, leading to low energy efficiency. To enhance the energy utilization rate during the curing process of concrete production, a novel steam-curing process of prestressed high-strength concrete (PHC) pipe pile with water cycle was proposed. The energy consumption of this new steam-curing process was calculated using ANSYS thermal analysis methods and subsequently verified through experimentation. The energy consumption results of the new curing process were then compared with those of the currently used steam curing process of enterprises to determine the energy-saving effects of the novel curing process.
