含氟抗病毒药物研究进展

Research progress of fluorinated antiviral drugs

  • 摘要: 病原微生物具有发病率高、传播广、变异快等特点,一直都是全球公共卫生安全的威胁与挑战。近几十年,抗病毒药物的开发迅速发展,特别是含氟抗病毒药物在对抗慢性病毒感染上取得了多项突破性进展,同时也极大的改善了广大患者的生活质量。本文通过查阅相关文献,从抗乙型肝炎病毒、丙型肝炎病毒、流感病毒、人类免疫缺陷病毒和新型冠状病毒感染的含氟药物研究进展进行综述,以期为抗病毒药物的研发和临床用药提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Pathogenic microorganisms are always a threat and challenge to global public health security due to their high incidence, wide spread and rapid mutation. In recent decades, the development of antiviral drugs has developed rapidly. In particular, fluorine-containing antiviral drugs have made a number of major breakthroughs in the fight against chronic viral infection, and also greatly improved the quality of life of the majority of patients. In this paper, the research progress of fluorine-containing drugs against hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, influenza virus, human immunodeficiency virus and corona virus disease 2019 was reviewed by reviewing relevant literature, in order to provide theoretical basis for the development and clinical use of antiviral drugs.
