Progress in tuning the photoelectric properties of perovskite single crystals by ion-doping

  • 摘要: 新型铅卤基钙钛矿单晶以其优异的光电性能,如带隙可调、窄带、载流子扩散距离长等优势,在光电探测、太阳能电池等领域具有良好的应用前景,被认为是下一代杰出的光电探测材料。为提高和拓展钙钛矿在光电探测领域的应用,通过离子掺杂是改善钙钛矿性能的重要策略。介绍了钙钛矿的结构、单晶的生长方法,重点讨论了离子掺杂调节钙钛矿单晶光电性能的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: With its excellent photoelectric properties, such as adjustable band gap, narrow band, and long carrier diffusion distance, the new lead-halide-based perovskite single crystal has good application prospects in photoelectric detection, solar cells and other fields, and is considered to be the next generation of outstanding photoelectric detection materials. In order to improve and expand the application of perovskites in the field of photoelectric detection, ion doping is used as an important strategy to improve the performance of perovskites. The structure of perovskites and the growth methods of single crystals were introduced, and the research progress of ion doping to regulate the photoelectric properties of perovskite single crystals was discussed.
