Development and application for special sealant for photovoltaic modules

  • 摘要: 太阳能光伏组件专用密封胶可以在室温下固化,主要用于太阳能光伏组件粘接密封,电子或电路板部分电子元件的涂敷保护、粘接、密封及加固,以及小型电子元件、线路板、传感器等的灌封保护。该产品具备粘接性、耐候性、耐臭氧性、抗化学侵蚀性、耐高低温性及电气绝缘等特性。介绍了该密封胶的发展及影响其性能的因素,综述了其应用,并对发展前景进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: The special sealant for solar photovoltaic modules can be cured at room temperature, which is mainly used for the bonding and sealing of solar photovoltaic modules, the coating protection, bonding, sealing and reinforcement of some electronic components of electronic or circuit boards, and the potting protection of small electronic components, circuit boards, sensors, etc. This product has the characteristics of adhesion, weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance and electrical insulation. The development of the sealant and the factors affecting its performance were introduced, its application was summarized, and its development prospect was prospected.
