基于EV的建筑施工安全管理绩效评价研究

Research on performance evaluation of construction safety management based on EV

  • 摘要: 为提高建筑施工项目的安全管理水平,将传统的挣值(EV)法与安全管理理论相结合,通过引入2种安全管控水平、3个安全挣值法参数、4个安全绩效评价指标及评判准则,从管理绩效的角度构建了一套完整的建筑施工安全评价体系。分别运用粒子群算法改进的非线性灰色伯努利模型和考虑组合赋权的模糊综合评价法确定了计划与实际安全管控水平。实例研究结果表明:以挣值法为基础的安全管理绩效评价体系在建筑施工过程中进行安全方面的考核评价具备相当的可行性和适用性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the safety management of construction projects, the traditional earned value (EV) method and the safety management theory were combined in the present research. A complete set of construction safety evaluation system was constructed from the perspective of management performance by introducing two safety control levels, three parameters of the earned value method, four safety performance evaluation indexes and evaluation criteria. The nonlinear grey Bernoulli model improved by particle swarm optimization and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method considering combination weighting were used to determine the planned and actual safety control level. The results of the case study showed that the safety management performance evaluation system based on EV method had considerable feasibility and applicability in the evaluation of safety in the construction process.
