大分子光引发剂研究进展

Progress of polymeric photoinitiators

  • 摘要: 随着高分子材料的飞速发展,光固化材料在油墨、涂料、牙齿固化及胶粘剂等方面的应用十分广泛。光引发剂作为光固化技术所需的关键材料,决定着聚合的速率和引发效率,其研究与制备一直是人们关注的热点。针对大分子光引发剂引发效率高、不易挥发及产生气味少等特点,综述了近年来国内外大分子光引发剂的分类和研究进展,其中多功能高效率的大分子光引发剂有非常广阔的发展前景。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of polymer materials, photocurable materials are widely used in printing ink, coating, tooth curing and adhesive. As a key material for photocuring technology, photoinitiator determines the polymerization rate and initiation efficiency, thus, its research and preparation have always been one research hotspot. Based on the characteristics of macromolecular photoinitiators, such as high initiation efficiency, non-volatilization and low odor, the classification and research progress of macromolecular photoinitiators at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed, which indicated that the multifunctional and efficient macromolecular photoinitiators enjoyed a very broad prospect of development.
