高铁轴箱轴承主参数优化设计及其对疲劳寿命的影响

Optimization design of principal parameters of axle box bearing in high-speed train and its influences on bearing fatigue life

  • 摘要: 以200 km/h以内的高铁轴箱轴承为研究对象,以基本额定动载荷最大值为目标函数,经分析计算得到了轴承滚子数量、直径以及有效接触长度3个主参数的最优解,进而分析了上述3个轴承主参数对疲劳寿命的影响。

     

    Abstract: Taking axle box bearing in high-speed train within 200 km/h as the research object, and the maximum value of the basic rated dynamic load was defined as the objective function, the optimal solutions to the three principal parameters, i.e., number, diameter and effective contact length of bearing roller were obtained through analysis and calculation, and their influences on the bearing fatigue life were analyzed.
