肥药结合对萱草叶枯病控制作用

The control effect of combination of fertilizer and medicine on daylily leaf streak of Hemerocallis fulva

  • 摘要: 以萱草为供试对象,研究肥药结合对萱草叶枯病病情指数的影响。结果表明,无论是老叶,还是新生叶,其叶枯病病情指数随着处理后时间延长而上升,表现出明显的时间效应;农药与肥料混合处理能够显著降低叶枯病病情指数。与对照相比,多菌灵和复合肥各组合处理下,叶枯病老叶病情指数显著下降27.80%、39.35%、48.96%及37.53%。与对照相比,多菌灵分别与复合肥0、240、320 kg/hm2水平组合处理后,叶枯病新生叶病情指数显著下降40.07%、53.31%及55.02%;与仅施用多菌灵处理相比,多菌灵和复合肥混合使用能显著抑制叶枯病病情的发展,老叶与新生叶病情指数显著上升时间分别向后推迟了7、14 d。对萱草在园林绿化中的推广应用具有指导意义,对农药减量化使用研究有一定的实践意义。

     

    Abstract: Taking Hemerocallis fulva as the test material, the effect of combination of fertilizer and pesticide on the disease index of daylily leaf streak of Hemerocallis was studied. The results showed that the disease index of leaf streak increased with the prolongation of time after treatment, whether it was old leaves or new leaves, showing an obvious time effect; the combined treatment of pesticides and fertilizers could significantly reduce the disease index of leaf streak. Compared with the control (CK), the disease index of daylily leaf streak of old leaves treated by the fertilizer and carbendazim significantly decreased by 27.80%, 39.35%, 48.96% and 37.53%, respectively, and the disease index of the new daylily leaf streak treated by the joint action of carbendazim with fertilizers of 0, 240, and 320 kg/hm2 significantly decreased by 40.07%, 53.31% and 55.02%, respectively. Compared with the control treated by carbendazim only, the development of daylily leaf streak was inhibited significantly by the mixed use of carbendazim and fertilizers, and the significant increase time of the disease index of old leaves and new leaves was delayed by 7 and 14 days respectively. The results of this study offer significant implications for the promotion and application of Hemerocallis in landscaping practice, as well as the research on the use of the pesticide reduction.
