萱草花中黄酮、多酚和多糖的提取及抗氧化活性

Extraction and antioxidant activities of flavonoids, polyphenols, and polysaccharides from Hemerocallis fulva flowers

  • 摘要: 以10个不同品种的萱草花为原料,采用超声辅助法提取萱草花中黄酮、多酚及多糖,并评价3种提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,10种萱草花中多糖最高得率8.29%;多酚最高得率1.521%;黄酮最高得率1.743%。抗氧化活性结果表明,10种萱草花的提取液对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、2,2′-联氮-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸(ABTS)自由基均具有较好的清除率,其中‘牧羊人’品种的多酚、黄酮提取物浓度仅为0.987 mg/mL时对2种自由基的清除率与VC相当,分别达到92.38%和99.79%。研究结果表明,萱草花中含有丰富的黄酮、多酚及多糖类物质,具有良好的抗氧化活性,可为萱草花的深度开发提供数据支撑。

     

    Abstract: The flavonoids, polyphenols, and polysaccharides from 10 different varieties of Hemerocallis fulva flowers were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method, and the antioxidant activities of the extracts were evaluated. The results showed that the highest yield of polysaccharide, polyphenols and flavonoids in 10 Hemerocallis fulva flowers was 8.29%, 1.521%, and 1.743%, respectively. The results of antioxidant activities showed that the extracts of 10 species of Hemerocallis fulva flowers presented good scavenging rates for 1, 1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH) free radical and 2,2 '-diazo-di-3-ethylbenzothiazolin-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) free radical. When the concentration of alcohol extract of ‘Muyangren’ variety was only 0.987 mg/mL, the scavenging rates of two kinds of free radicals were similar to VC, reaching 92.38% and 99.79%, respectively. The results showed that the above 10 different varieties of Hemerocallis fulva were rich in flavonoids, polyphenols, and polysaccharides with good antioxidant activities, which could provide data support for the in-depth development of Hemerocallis fulva flowers.
