面向矿下皮带运输安全维护的语音通信控制系统研发

Development of a voice communication control system for safe maintenance of underground belt transport in mines

  • 摘要: 矿下带式运输机结构简单,在井下复杂环境中长时间高负荷的作业难免会产生故障。随着矿下带式运输系统自动化程度的不断提高,系统的安全维护监控功能在不断完善,针对其体积大、运输结构复杂、不利于维修的缺点,提出面向矿下皮带运输安全维护的语音通信控制系统。该系统以LPC1768FBD100为主控芯片,VS1063作为音频编解码芯片,通过CAN总线技术实现井下与井上之间的实时通话,且皮带沿线的保护传感器可对带式运输系统工况进行监控,对井下设备及人员安全具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: The structure of underground belt conveyor is simple, so faults will inevitably occur when it is operated with high load for a long time in the complex underground environment. With the continuous improvement of the automation of underground belt transport system, the safety maintenance monitoring function of the system is constantly improving. In view of the drawbacks of its large size, complex transport structure and unfavorable maintenance, a voice communication control system for the safety maintenance of underground belt transport in mines is proposed. The system uses LPC1768FBD100 as the main control chip and VS1063 as the audio codec chip to realize real-time communication between underground and uphole through CAN bus technology, and the protection sensors along the belt line can monitor the working conditions of the belt transport system, which is of great significance to the safety of underground equipment and personnel.
