精喹禾灵胁迫下萱草光合速率、叶绿素含量及根活力影响

Effect of quizalofop-p-ethyl on photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content and root vitality of Hemerocallis

  • 摘要: 以萱草为供试对象,研究精喹禾灵400、800、1 200 mg/kg浓度处理对萱草光合速率、叶绿素含量及根活力影响。结果表明,同对照相比,药后同一时间,不同浓度精喹禾灵对萱草光合速率、叶绿素含量及根活力无显著影响。精喹禾灵处理后,萱草光合速率、叶绿素含量及根活力表现出明显的时间效应。双因素方差分析表明药后第6、10 d萱草光合速率显著高于药后第13、17 d;药后第6 d,萱草光合速率最高,CO2达9.9417 mg·cm–2·h–1,比药后第13 d高287.48%;叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量均在药后第8天达最高,以后随时间延长呈现出下降趋势;药后第10 d萱草根活力达到最大值,分别比药后第6、13 d显著高出136.67%与77.11%。研究结果可为精喹禾灵在萱草田间应用提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Using Hemerocallis as the experimental object, the effects of photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content and root vitality of Hemerocallis treated with quizalofop-p-ethyl of 400, 800, and 1200 mg/kg were studied. Results showed that there was no significant difference between the treatment and control group in terms of the photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content and root vitality of Hemerocallis after treatment at the same time. After treatment with quizalofop-p-ethyl, the photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, and root vitality of Hemerocallis showed significant time effects. Two-way ANOVA showed that the photosynthetic rate of Hemerocallis on the 6th and 10th day was significantly higher than that on the 13th and 17th days after treatment; On the 6th day after the treatment, the photosynthetic rate of Hemerocallis was the highest, with CO2 reaching at the 9.9417 mg·cm–2·h–1, which was significantly higher than that on the 13th day by 287.48% after treatment; The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were the highest value on the 8th day after treatment, and then showed the decreasing trend with the extension of time; And the root vitality of Hemerocallis reached the peak on the 10th day after treatment., which was significantly higher than that on the 6th and 13th days after the treatment by 136.67% and 77.11%, respectively. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the application of quizalofop-p-ethyl in the field of Hemerocallis.
