金融数字化过程中数学的应用

The application of mathematics in the process of financial digitization

  • 摘要: 金融数字化以数据为关键信息来源,对金融产业链上下要素进行数字化升级,以此服务实体经济,推动经济发展。金融数字化有4个核心过程:数字营销、数字运营、数字风控、数字客服。探究前3个环节中广泛应用的数学模型和理论知识,揭示其数学本质。借助实际数据对线性回归模型和时间序列分析模型进行了应用和比较,并利用层次分析法进行投资决策及模糊综合分析法对整体风险进行综合评分。

     

    Abstract: Financial digitization, with data as the critical source of information, aims to upgrade the elements of the financial industry chain through digitalization, thereby serving the real economy and promoting economic development. It involves four core processes: digital marketing, digital operation, digital risk management, and digital customer service. This paper delves into the mathematical models and theoretical knowledge widely applied in the first three processes to reveal their mathematical nature. In this paper, the linear regression model and the time series analysis model were applied and compared with the actual data. Additionally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was utilized for investment decision-making, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for comprehensive risk scoring.
