10万t/a己二腈生产工艺一级氢氰化反应器的优化

Optimization of the primary hydrocyanide reactor in a 100 000 t/a adiponitrile production process

  • 摘要: 在对10万t/a的1, 3-丁二烯直接氢氰化生产己二腈工艺的一级氢氰化反应工段模拟优化的基础上,对原反应工艺进行改进,优化了工艺参数,探究了工艺参数对反应物转化率和产品选择性的影响。研究结果表明,新工艺的1, 3-丁二烯转化率为92.9%,生成3-戊烯腈选择性为86.7%,且降低了原料消耗和后续工艺负荷。

     

    Abstract: Based on the simulation and optimization of the primary hydrocyanation reaction stage in a 100 000 t/a adiponitrile production process via direct hydrocyanation of 1, 3-butadiene, this study presents an improved reaction scheme with optimized process parameters, and investigates the effects of these parameters on the conversion of reactants and the selectivity of the products. The results of the new process indicate that the conversion of 1, 3-butadiene reached 92.9%, while the selectivity for 3-pentenenitrile was 86.7%. Additionally, the new process reduces raw material consumption and the load on subsequent processes.
