分压式偏置共发射极放大电路参数的估算探讨

Discussion on estimating of votage-divided bias common emitter amplifier circuit parameters

  • 摘要: 探讨了分压式偏置共发射极放大电路中静态工作点的估算条件,和负载端耦合电容的估算方法。通过分析直流通路中基极电位的计算式与估算式之间相对误差,提出估算静态工作点所需满足的电路参数约束关系式。根据电源波动信号单独作用下的低频微变等效电路,提出利用负载端耦合电容的容抗范围来估算电容取值,从而降低输出信号幅度失真的方法。软件仿真结果验证了估算方法的正确性,为放大电路的设计、估算和实验调试提供了便利和理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The estimation condition of quiescent operating point and the estimation method of coupling capacitor at the load side in the votage-divided bias common emitter amplifier circuit are researched in this paper. The circuit parameters constraint relation required to estimate the quiescent operating point is proposed by analyzing the relative error between the calculation formula and the estimation formula of the quiescent base potential in direct current path. After the low frequency small-signal equivalent circuit is obtained by the supply fluctuation signal, the method for reducing amplitude distortion of output signal is proposed by estimating the value of coupling capacitor at the load side in the capacitive impedance range. The correctness of the approximate calculation which is verified by the software simulating provides convenience and theoretical basis for circuit design, estimation, and experimental debugging.
