萱草遗传转化技术及应用

Genetic transformation techniques and their applications in Hemerocallis spp

  • 摘要: 萱草具有较强抗逆性,对土壤与光照条件的需求不严格,栽培管理简便。萱草属植物在抗逆性、昼夜开花节律及花瓣衰老机理等领域已获得深入研究,其独特的生物学特性使其具备成为模式植物的潜力。遗传转化作为现代生物技术体系的核心环节之一,在农业、医药、环境等领域展现出其巨大的潜力和应用价值。近年来,随着基因编辑、全基因组测序及人工智能等新兴技术的快速发展,遗传转化研究取得了显著进展。综述了萱草种质资源保护现状、组织培养体系构建与优化,以及遗传转化机理与应用等方面的研究进展,旨在为萱草相关领域的未来研究提供理论支持和实践参考。

     

    Abstract: Hemerocallis spp exhibit strong stress tolerance and adaptability to diverse soil and light conditions, making them highly amenable to cultivation. Extensive research has been conducted on their stress resistance, diurnal flowering rhythm, and petal senescence mechanisms, highlighting their potential as a model plant due to these distinctive biological traits. As one of the core technologies in modern biotechnology, genetic transformation holds significant promise for applications in many fields such as agriculture, medicine, and environmental science. In recent years, with the rapid development of emerging technologies such as gene editing technology, genome sequencing, and artificial intelligence, significant progress has been made in genetic transformation research. This review summarizes the current status of Hemerocallis spp germplasm resources, the establishment and optimization of tissue culture systems, as well as the research progress in genetic transformation mechanisms and applications, aiming to provide theoretical insights and practical guidance for future research in Hemerocallis spp related fields.
