水体中微塑料诱导三氯生对鱼的氧化应激与生殖系统影响机制研究

  • 摘要: 以日本青鳉鱼为模式生物,评估鱼体内微塑料(microplastics,MP)对三氯生(triclosan, TCS)诱导氧化应激和生殖系统的影响。研究发现,MP降低了TCS对日本青鳉鱼中过氧化氢酶的含量、增加了对组织的脂质过氧化程度,并进一步上调了TCS对日本青鳉鱼肝脏中cyp1avtg基因的表达,下调了vasa基因的表达,导致其肝脏、肠道、卵巢和精巢组织病理学的损伤。研究结果有助于揭示MP对TCS生物毒性效应的诱导作用,并为水体污染的生态风险评估提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: This study utilized Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes) as a model organism to evaluate the effects of microplastics (MP) on triclosan (TCS)-induced oxidative stress and reproductive toxicity in fish. The results showed that MP reduced catalase levels in TCS-exposed O. latipes, increased lipid peroxidation in tissues, and further upregulated the expression of cyp1a and vtg while downregulating vasa expression in the liver. These changes led to histopathological damage in the liver, intestine, ovaries, and testes. The results help elucidate the role of MPs in modulating the effects of TCS and provide a scientific basis for assessing the ecological risks of aquatic pollution.
