Research and Application of BIM-Based Foundation Pit Construction Simulation System

  • 摘要: 随着我国房屋建筑及地铁的发展以及地下空间利用的日益增长,基坑工程数量不断增加。BIM技术的出现为基坑工程施工带来了积极的影响。基于BIM技术对基坑工程施工仿真系统进行了研究,将Revit基坑工程模型进行信息化处理后,导出JSON格式模型,以JSON模型为核心,搭建Web端基坑工程施工仿真系统,实现基坑工程的可视化施工仿真模拟,并经世博基坑工程实践验证,为工程项目管理提供便利,加快施工效率,并保证施工的安全,对基坑工程BIM应用具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: With the development of housing construction and subway in our country, the utilization of underground space is increasing steadily, followed by the continuous expansion of the number of foundation pit engineering. The emergence of BIM Technology has brought positive impact on foundation pit construction. Based on BIM technology, the foundation pit construction simulation system was studied. After the information processing of the Revit foundation pit model, the JSON format model was exported. With the JSON model as the core, the web-based foundation pit construction simulation system was built to realize the visual construction simulation of the foundation pit engineering, which was verified by the practice of the World Expo foundation pit project, providing convenience for the project management, speeding up the construction efficiency, and ensuring the safety of construction. The study has reference significance for the application of BIM in foundation pit engineering.
