表面活性剂对水玻璃砂性能的影响

Effect of Surface Active Agent on Properties of Sodium Silicate Sand

  • 摘要: 为比较表面活性剂和化学改性剂对水玻璃的改性效果, 使用了表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠和化学改性剂聚丙烯酰胺对水玻璃进行改性.实验结果表明, 水玻璃的黏度随表面活性剂和化学改性剂的加入量增加而减小.当表面活性剂加入量为0.6%(质量分数)时, 水玻璃砂的抗压强度最高, 与化学改性剂相比, 表面活性剂的改性效果有所提高.当改性水玻璃加入量为4%(质量分数)时, 在吹气时间短时十二烷基磺酸钠对水玻璃砂溃散强度的改善效果优于聚丙烯酰胺, 而在吹气时间长时, 聚丙烯酰胺对水玻璃砂溃散强度的改善效果优于十二烷基磺酸钠.

     

    Abstract: In order to compare the modification effect of the surface active agent and the chemical modifier on water glass, the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate and the chemical modifier polyacrylamide were used to modify the water glass. The experimental results show that the viscosity of the water glass decreases with the addition of the surfactant and the chemical modifier. The compressive strength of water glass sand was the highest when the added amount of surfactant was 0.6% (mass fraction), and the modification effect of surface active agent is better compared with that of chemical modifier. When the addedamount of modified water glass is 4% (mass fraction), the improvement on collapsibility strength of water glass sand resulted from sodium dodecyl sulfate is better than that from polyacrylamide when the blowing time is short, and that from polyacrylamide is better than that from sodium dodecyl sulfate when the blowing time islong.
