次氯酸荧光探针的研究进展

Research progress of hypochlorite fluorescent probe

  • 摘要: 监测生命系统中HClO/ClO的形成或影响,对于确定它们在人体生理学中的作用至关重要。在开发用于观察活细胞和组织中HClO/ClO水平的荧光成像探针方面取得进展,但在工作介质、pH、响应时间、缓冲液选择、发射区域等领域仍存在挑战。结合近3年发表的次氯酸荧光探针成果,根据HClO/ClO荧光探针的识别机理对其进行详细归类,并探讨其识别性能及潜在生物应用,重点分析了HClO/ClO荧光探针的设计方案,详细探讨探针多方面的优缺点,并对开发新型次氯酸荧光探针提出了展望。

     

    Abstract: Monitoring the formation or influence of HClO/ClO in life system is very important to determine their role in human physiology. In recent years, progress has been made in the development of fluorescence imaging probes for observing HClO/ClO levels in living cells and tissues, but there are still challenges in the fields of working medium, pH value, response time, buffer selection, emission region and so on. Therefore, combined with the hypochlorite fluorescent probe published in the past three years, this paper classifies the recognition mechanism of HClO/ClO fluorescent probe in detail, discusses its recognition performance and potential biological application, focuses on the design scheme of HClO/ClO fluorescent probe, discusses in detail the advantages and disadvantages of hypochlorite fluorescent probe, and puts forward the prospect of developing new hypochlorite fluorescent probe.
