Abstract:
Monitoring the formation or influence of HClO/ClO
– in life system is very important to determine their role in human physiology. In recent years, progress has been made in the development of fluorescence imaging probes for observing HClO/ClO
– levels in living cells and tissues, but there are still challenges in the fields of working medium, pH value, response time, buffer selection, emission region and so on. Therefore, combined with the hypochlorite fluorescent probe published in the past three years, this paper classifies the recognition mechanism of HClO/ClO
– fluorescent probe in detail, discusses its recognition performance and potential biological application, focuses on the design scheme of HClO/ClO
– fluorescent probe, discusses in detail the advantages and disadvantages of hypochlorite fluorescent probe, and puts forward the prospect of developing new hypochlorite fluorescent probe.
