Abstract
Groundwater, an important part of the earth's water resources and an important water source for regulating ecological environment health, plays an indispensable role in human production and life. With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, the resulting groundwater pollution has attracted great attention from governments and all sectors of society. In view of the practical problems existing in the in-situ remediation of typical organic contaminated groundwater, the characteristics, advantages and implementation modes of green and sustainable in-situ remediation technology of indigenous microorganisms were discussed, and the key scientific issues and technical bottlenecks that need to be addressed in the process of in-situ remediation were analyzed. The research and engineering application of in-situ remediation of organic contaminated groundwater by indigenous microorganisms were prospected.
