Research and Design of Crane Brake Slide Distance Detector Based on Load Condition Monitoring

  • In order to solve the problem that the crane brake slide distance is difficult to capture and measure, the measurement method of the rated load slide distance by theoretical derivation measuring its acceleration in real time when falling was investigated. On the basis of this method, a slide distance detector was designed. The experimental results showed that the detector had the characteristics of convenient installation, friendly human-machine interface, high measurement accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.
