Establishment of Safety Standardization in Chemical Enterprises Based on PDCA Fishbone Diagram

  • In view of the basic problems of the ambiguous content of safety management in small and medium-sized enterprises, inadequate implementation of main responsibility, and lack of system and standard as theoretical support, the establishment of safety production standardization by using PDCA principle and fishbone diagram method was investigated. Combined with the instance of certain chemical enterprise and based on the hazard identification and risk assessment, the method and process of the integrity of PDCA fishbone diagram and the establishment of work safety standardization in chemistry enterprise were proposed. The results showed that PDCA theory could guide the work of safety production standardization in the framework, making the core procedures of safety production standardization more systematic and helping enterprises successfully pass the Grade Ⅲ review of work safety standardization.
